Why the intensive works
Daily water time builds skills continuously rather than re-learning them between trips. Equalization, relaxation, and freefall technique all benefit from consecutive days. Depth progression on the AIDA 3 portion depends on student readiness and safety throughout.

What's the AIDA 2+3 intensive pathway?

How much does the AIDA 2+3 pathway cost?

600 JOD for the full 7-day program — that saves 30 JOD versus taking AIDA 2 and AIDA 3 separately, and removes the need for a second trip.
Is the intensive pathway harder than taking them separately?

It's more demanding because you're in the water every day for a week, but it's also more efficient — skills build continuously rather than being relearned. We pace progression based on student readiness and safety.
Do I need experience before starting?

No previous freediving certification is required. You'll need basic swimming ability, reasonable fitness, and a medical history compatible with breath-hold diving.
