Is AIDA 2 the right starting course?

AIDA 2 is the most popular starting point. It's the first full freediver certification and qualifies you to dive to 20 m with a buddy. AIDA 1 is shorter and gentler if you'd rather try one day first.
What does AIDA 2 cover?

Three days of theory, Frenzel equalization, static and dynamic apnea, full buddy and rescue procedures, and constant-weight / free-immersion depth diving to 12–20 m — depending on student readiness and safety.
What's the AIDA 2 price in Aqaba?

280 JOD for the full 3-day course, including all sessions, AIDA 2 international certification, and a free AIDA International student account with digital cert and e-learning access.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?

Basic swimming ability is enough. You'll need to be comfortable in water and willing to follow safety protocols — competitive swimming is not required.
How does AIDA 2 compare to PADI Freediver?

AIDA International is the standard used worldwide by competitive and recreational freedivers. PADI Freediver is a parallel program. Jordan Freedivers teaches AIDA exclusively.
